Breakfast was perfect. Many different kinds of Korean, western food. every day the menu was different and quality was high compared to other hotel's regular breakfasts. In other words, it was a great deal. The employees couldn't be any kinder. I don't remember her name but she asked me every day how I was and even on my last day, she asked me how my stay there was. She genuinely wanted to know my opinion. The location may not be in the middle of Seoul, but if you would like to enjoy different kinds of Korean food every day, it couldn't be a better place because there are hundreds of restaurants within five-minute walking distance. For the view, I could see the botanical garden from my window and it was a refreshing sight after hard walking for the day and a beautiful greenery in the morning. For the actual room, I was in a two-bed bedroom and it was on a smaller scale. However, the housekeeping was done every day unlike some other hotels so me and my daughter could come back to a freshly made room every afternoon. I would absolutely visit this place again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the room is spacious and so clean! The staff are all nice and helpful. Check-in/out was a breeze. The king size bed is so comfy, with fresh linens everyday and there's a couch that could also serve as a bed. They were also able to provide a crib for my baby and they helped us with sterilizing my baby's feeding bottle in their kitchen. Thank you, Courtyard! :) The location was also good - quiet neighborhood with a nearby commercial area with lots of restaurants/convenience store, etc. We did not mind that its location is far from the city center because the Magong Naru AREX station is just a few meters away, and it was just a one train ride going to/from the Incheon International Airport.

Everything excellent, everything ran very smoothly. Great staff and customer service. Very clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Great location.

Beautiful and extra clean, with a helpful staff. There is plenty of restaurants and shops all around, and the metro station connects you with the city center and both the airports.

The LG botanic park next to it, is really nice and clean. Great place to walk and be active. THe district itself offers great Metro location to both Airport and great spot for many restaurants.

Very good location: easy to get from either of airports and easy to get to the city center. Metro is super efficient. Botanical garden is very nice. Surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafe and grocery stores.

Great location for an early flight at Gimpo. Staff went out of their way to advise us about tteokboki restaurant, which turned out to be a highlight of our Korea trip.very comfortable beds.

Staff are so friendly , bed is comfortable, also the room is very spacey and location is great . It is near a commercial area , so you can get food nearby easily. Also they have park nearby , very nice place to go after dinner.
